January 11 WE'RE LOSING IT!! Hey there guys!! Well, week one is complete and I have done a pretty good job. I have been counting my calories and exercising when possible. We have walking areas at work so that really helps. I lost my father-in law on Jan. 3, so I faltered for a day or two. But I know that I need to do this for myself and for my family. I have gotten really excited about getting healthy. There are a group of us at work who are really working together and motivating one another and that is what I really need to stay on track. Pray for me, and I will make you proud!! Hi! I am happy to report that I have done very well with my diet plan. With work and my kids, it's hard to find the time to be "good" but I really am trying. It's a little easier at work than usual because of the weight loss challenge that so many are participating in. It really forces you to be accountable, and that can be a real eye opener. Keep thinking of us as we try to make our families proud! Week 1 team loss: 13 lbs!!
